What is the latest I can check in?

Overnight guests can check-in anytime. Please notify us if you'll be arriving after 9pm. Day passes will have to arrive during normal business hours and check in at the office.

I was a member last year, do I need to renew my membership?

Yes. All memberships are annual and expire at the end of each season.

Can I book for next year now?

Yes. Our software is designed to allow you to book into the future. Most of our weekends in the summer sell out. Keep in mind that event dates could change. Our Seasonal Events Committee sets the event schedule and we try to publish next year's event schedule by October 31st.

Can I upgrade my day pass to an overnight stay?

Yes. You will need to do this before the office closes at 9PM. You will be charged the difference between a day pass and an overnight pass.

Are there stores and restaurants nearby?

Yes. Just a short five minute drive will take you across the bridge to Brandenburg where you'll find Kroger and many local and fast food restaurants.

Is there electric at tent sites?

Yes. Some tent areas have electric. Be sure to bring some long drop cords. Power is first come first serve.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. We are very welcoming of pets. Please no aggressive breed dogs and all pets must be on a leash at all times. You will be charged a damage fee for damaged caused by pets. Please pickup after your pets and place in disposal containers.

Can I get a refund for an emergency?

No. As we say in reservations, we have heard that before. Please refer to our cancellation policy.

What is your smoking policy?

Stag Run Club doesn’t allow interior smoking or vaping. (Lodge, suites, cabins, glampers). Our outside areas have designated smoking/vaping areas.

Do I need to bring my own towels?

If you're staying overnight, please bring your own bath towels. You'll also need to bring a towel for the pool and hot tub.

Are Trans men welcome?

Yes, we are a welcoming and affirming community. If you live and identify as male, you are welcome.

Is SRC a bathhouse?

No, a clothing optional atmosphere doesn’t equate to a sexual atmosphere. We are a men's retreat where you can be yourself, with or without clothes. Sexual activity certainly occurs at SRC just as it does anywhere else. Universal consent is expected at Stag Run Club. Sexual impropriety towards another guest is unacceptable.
