Office Hours

Thursday-Sunday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM (after Labor Day: 10 AM – 5 PM, check-in still permitted until 9 PM)

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: Between 10:00 AM and 9:00 PM each day (reservations required for suites, cabins and RV sites)
Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon)

Late Stay Option (Day Pass):

Reservation Policy:
A two-night minimum stay is required on weekends, and a three-night minimum stay is

required on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day).

A full set of policies and rules will be presented to you upon check-in.

Entry and exit are prohibited between 10:00 PM and sunrise. No exceptions.
All vehicle traffic is prohibited after dark.
Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Please refrain from loud voices, noises, music, or disruptive behavior.
You must register at the office upon arrival (required by Indiana law). Anyone on the property for any purpose must register in the office.

Please stay within campground boundaries—no trespassing on neighboring land. If you're not sure, don't go there!
Campfires are only permitted in designated fire pits.
Be cautious walking: the terrain is natural and uneven.
Stag Run Club (SRC) is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or theft—visitors and their insurance are responsible.

Advance notice is appreciated so we can prepare and pet-proof your accommodations if needed.
Pets must be leashed, quiet, and supervised at all times; please pick up after them.
Pets are not permitted in the lodge or on the pool deck.

Remove trash to the designated trash cans near the lodge during your stay or at check-out.
Do not use lodge or pool waste bins for general trash.
Keep sites orderly—food waste and litter attract wildlife.
Secure coolers, food and trash at night - the racoons with have a party!

Firearms and weapons are stricktly prohibited and grounds for a permanent ban.
Alcohol is permitted on the property. We reserve the right to refuse service or access to overly intoxicated guests.
Departure or re-entry under the influence of alcohol is not permitted.
Smoking indoors is not allowed. This includes the lodge, suites, cabins and glampers. Cigarette butts must be deposited in outdoor ashtrays—never flushed.
A $100 smoking fee will be charged for violations in suites, cabins or glampers.

No lifeguards are on duty. Swimming is at your own risk.
Diving is strictly prohibited.
Please shower before using the pool or hot tub.
Sexual activity of any kind is strictly prohibited in any public area including the pool and hot tub.

Facilities are located near the pool in the lodge.
Outdoor showers are located next to lodge.
Please conserve water; ensure taps are fully closed after use.
Only flush toilet paper—no wipes, plastics, cigarette butts, or other items. Our septic system is sensitive!
Please be respectful of other guests and clean up after yourself. If you notice supplies are low, please let us know.

Treat fellow guests and staff courteously and with respect.
Avoid disruptive behavior—this is a private, exclusive male-only, members‑only retreat.
No photos or videos without explicit permission—protect guest privacy.
Because we are a community, we appreciate your feedback. If you have feedback or concerns, please bring them to our attention promptly.
